Terms of Service
These are the terms for using the Fullwear iPhone app. They are written to be read, not to be survived. The subscription terms are in section 4.
Last updated: 12 September 2026
1. Who provides Fullwear
Fullwear (App Store name "Fullwear: Digital Stylist") is provided by Josua Kohler, an individual developer based in Switzerland. Fullwear is not a company.
Fullwear is an iPhone app that catalogues the clothes you own and recommends outfits from them. It identifies garments from photos on the device, suggests daily outfits based on the weather, the occasion, what you have worn recently, and your style rules, matches inspiration photos against your wardrobe, and plans what to pack for a trip.
By downloading or using Fullwear you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
2. Your licence to use the app
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Fullwear on devices you own or control, for your own personal use.
The licence does not transfer any ownership. You may not sublicense, rent out, or resell access to the app or to Fullwear Pro.
3. Your account
An account is optional. The app is fully usable without one; you need it only for Fullwear Pro and for closet backup.
- You are responsible for your account and for what happens through it.
- One account per person. Do not share an account or your sign-in codes with other people.
- Use an email address you actually control — sign-in codes are sent to it.
Tell us at support@fullwear.app if you think someone else has access to your account.
4. Fullwear Pro subscription terms
Fullwear Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks AI trip packing, inspiration → closet matching, and unlimited outfit regeneration.
Price: CHF 4.90 per month, or CHF 39 per year.
Billing: payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
Renewal: the subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price for the plan you chose.
Managing it: you can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew in your Apple Account settings, at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
There is no free trial.
Fair use
AI trip packing has a fair-use cap of 50 packing plans per month. This keeps the feature affordable to run.
Price changes
Prices may change. A change is announced in advance and takes effect at your next renewal, never mid-period. If you do not want to continue at the new price, turn off auto-renew before that renewal.
Cancelling
Turning off auto-renew stops future charges. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription, and neither does deleting your Fullwear account — cancellation happens in your Apple Account settings.
5. Refunds
All Fullwear purchases go through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple and not by the developer. The developer has no access to your payment and cannot issue a refund directly.
Request a refund from Apple at reportproblem.apple.com. If something in the app is broken, write to support@fullwear.app as well — that will not process the refund, but it will get the problem fixed.
6. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or models from the app, except where local law expressly permits it;
- scrape or access the service by automated means, or build tools that drive it programmatically;
- resell, redistribute, or share access to Fullwear Pro;
- work around usage limits, paywalls, or the fair-use cap;
- upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that is illegal;
- attack, overload, or probe the service or the infrastructure behind it.
7. Recommendations are suggestions, not advice
Fullwear's outfit recommendations, inspiration matches, and packing plans are suggestions. They are not professional styling, medical, safety, travel, or any other kind of expert advice.
Parts of the app use AI models, and AI output can be wrong. A garment can be tagged incorrectly. A forecast can be off. A packing plan can miss something you needed. Use your own judgement before you rely on anything the app tells you — especially for weather-dependent decisions and for travel.
The app is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or suited to a particular purpose. This does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
8. Intellectual property
Fullwear — the app, its name, its design, its text, and its underlying software — belongs to Josua Kohler and is protected by copyright.
Your content stays yours. Your garment photos, inspiration photos, closet data, style rules, and wear history remain your property. While you are signed in, your closet is backed up to your account, and you grant only the permission needed to store and sync that content so the feature can work. It is not used for advertising, and it is not sold or shared with data brokers.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time: delete your account in the app, or simply delete the app. See delete your account for what that removes. Remember that an active subscription must be cancelled separately through Apple.
The developer may suspend or close an account that abuses the service — for example by breaking section 6. If that happens, you can ask why at support@fullwear.app.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may change, for instance when the app gains features. Changes are announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use Fullwear after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Switzerland.
Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your own country of residence are unaffected: nothing here takes away a right you have that cannot be waived by agreement.
12. Privacy
How Fullwear handles your data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
